During your first appointment a full foot assessment/consultation will be given, this will also apply to a Reflexology Treatment. A set of medical and health questions i.e, are you diabetic, etc., will be asked for our records, the results of which will be treated with every confidentiality. The treatment is a 'foot health package', so for that package of a nail trim and file, reducing any thickened nails, removal of any callus (hard skin), soft or hard corns, dealing with ingrowing toe nails, if you have them, exfoliation of feet and a mini-massage of hydrating foot balm cream. I think you will agree, a very good deal which includes convenience of having the treatment done in your very own home. We do recommend a regular foot health treatment of between 6 to 8-weeks depending on your own requirements.
We also provide a hand nail trim and file service and/or an isolated 15-minute foot massage at your request, please ask on contacting.
I have recently qualified as a Reflexologist, so treatments are now available. For those of you unfamiliar with Reflexology, it is also known as 'zone therapy', an alternative medicine involving application of pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques without the use of oil or lotion. Some of the benefits of reflexology include its ability to stimulate nerve function, increases energy, boosts circulation, induces a deep state of relaxation, eliminates toxins, stimulates the central nervous system, prevents migraines, cleans up urinary tract conditions and can speed recovery after injury or surgery.
